He is survived by: his significant other Kathryn Smith of Rockford, AL; his children, Rhonda Howard Patterson (Kennon) of Rockford, AL, Roger Howard of Dadeville, AL and Rodney Howard (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Dakotah Howard, Cheyanna Howard, Justin Howard (April), Shanna Wooten and Chandler Shanks; and his great grandchild Emma Grace Howard.
