He was predeceased by: his parents, Gothard Miller and Berta Sue Miller; and his siblings, John Henry Miller, Junior Miller and Mary Jean Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Heather Shelton Miller (April Hyde); his stepchildren, Katylyn Kirk and C. J. Kirk; his grandchildren, Jada and Jaxsun; and his niece Dana Sue Miller.
