With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elzie D. Hamilton of Rockford, Alabama, who passed away on December 25, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hamilton and Haddie Marie Smith Hamilton; his son Mickey Wayne Hamilton; and his sister Mildred Sallas. He is survived by: his wife Nola Lee Harper Hamilton; his sons, Michael Shaw, Allen Shaw, Raford Shaw (Lisa) and Ricky Stubblefield; his nephew Harry Sallas (Rosa); his grandchildren, Aaron L. Hamilton (Samantha), Aubrey Shaw (Kayla), Chris Nolen (Hope), Caleb Shaw and Brittany Heburn (James); and his great grandchildren, Eason Hamilton, Bailey Hamilton, Evie Shaw, Kayleigh Shaw, Trinity Shaw, Skylar Heburn, Nolan Heburn, JD Heburn, Cooper Nolen and Dawson Nolen.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be given to the building fund at Ray Baptist Church.
