He was predeceased by: his wife Vergil Haynes; and his son William F. "Bill" Haynes, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Johnson (Jimmy) and Bob Haynes (Susan Alms); his grandsons, Brandon Johnson (Amber) and Bobby Haynes; and his great grandchild River Johnson.
