He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Williams and Von Williams. He is survived by: his wife Mary Williams; his children, Robert W. Williams (Andrea), Jeremiah Williams (Anna), Sandra Williams, Randy Williams, Joshua Williams, Sarah Williams and Sabrina Williams; his brother Scott Williams; and his aunt Evelyn Malone (Bo).
