He is survived by: his wife Sherry Burgett; his children, Stevie Burgett (Shelley) and Sissy Ellison (James Davis); his brother Daryel Burgett; his grandchildren, Skyler White, Jonathan Ellison and Lauren Burgett; and his great grandchildren, Jayden White, Camden Webster and Lizzy Beth Ellison.
