He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lee Carnley and Louise Seals Carnley; and his brothers, Ronnie, Adon and Wayne Carnley.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Foster Carnley; his children, Eddie Carnley (Kristy) and Tracy Suggs; his grandchildren, Chelsea (Blake Rider), Ashtyn Carnley, Lane Carnley and Dean Stanton; his great grandchildren, Connor Ryder, Natalie Ryder and Elizabeth Marie Stanton; and his sister Faye Carnley Johnson.
