He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Wheeler and Iwanda Wheeler; his wife Martha Wheeler; his children, Ralph Wheeler, Jr., Phyllis Bailey (Steve) and Mildred Wheeler (Gerald); and his grandchildren, R. J. Vincent, Jessica Gambrell and April Colquitt. He was also cherished by seven great grandchildren.
