He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Lynn Hayward; his sons, James (Shasta) and Ashley (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Tristan Dakota (Kathy), Cole Leigh, Beau Langdon and Cullen Michael; and his great grandchildren, Hayden and Lauxus.
