He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford McChyne Bishop and Rosa Lee Nelson Bishop; his daughter-in-law Laura Sirmon; his sister Mildred Loraine "Mickey" Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, Pauline Bishop, Dolly Bishop, Bennie Campbell and Wilbur E. Havel.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie Jane Bishop; his sons, Randy Sirmon, Danny Sirmon (Jill) and Wayne Sirmon (Jennifer); his siblings, Addie Louise Havel and McChyne "Mac" Bishop; and also Floyd Austin Bishop. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Styx River Baptist Church.
