She was predeceased by: her sister Betty Kendrick; and her son-in-law Alfred A. Price. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Sawyer (Melissa) of Columbia, SC and Gordon Sawyer (Janie) of Robertsdale, AL; her sister Judy Rider (Gerald); and her grandchildren, Melanie Clopton, Derek Brock, Justin Sawyer and Jody Basile.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Robertsdale Assembly of God Church.
