It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Daniel Hodges (Robertsdale, Alabama), born in Sarasota, Florida, who passed away on September 25, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Rhoades Hodges; his daughter Jennifer Mary Freeman (Daniel) of Sarasota, FL; his stepchildren, Jennifer Twitchell of Bradenton, FL and Barry Twitchell (Heather) of Bradenton, FL; his grandchildren, Alex, Katie, Zack, Matthew Freeman, Isiah, Isacc, Hailey Holland and Barry "Graceson" Twitchell; his siblings, Erine Hodges of Robertsdale, AL, Hollies Hodges (Sue), Dennis Hodges (Judy) of Phillipsville, Doris Truelove Hester and Nora Aurandt of Northport, VA; his great-niece Lilly "Doodlebug" Morris; his friend Steve Jackson (Kim); his parents, Harvey Hodges and Leona Hodges; and his brother Ronald Hodges. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
