He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Ann Treadway; and his son Irvin John Treadway, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Ann Gatlin (John), Lynn Treadway, Sandy Ann Lyle (Michael), Wendy Gottstine (Joel) and Penny Mansfield (Scott); his sister Patricia Singleton; and his close friend Becky Poit. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
