He was predeceased by: his parents, John Peturis and Vanglia Peturis; his wife Eloise; and his siblings, Nick, Helen and Nora.

He is survived by: his brother Michael Peturis (Alice); and his children, Randy Peturis (Gwen), Joe Peturis (Nanette), Susan White (Clint) and Lisa White (Larry). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
