He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Frank and Jeanne Frank; his wife Susan; and his siblings, Dennis Frank and Sondra Brown.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Kilbourne, Deborah Bonamour (Michael), Stacey Harrison (Melvin) and Trisha Smith (Randy); and his grandchildren, Shon Harrison, Mindy Clark (Blake), Daniel Ramey (Jennifer Parks), Christopher Bonamour, Aran Ramey, Gary Ramey (Sara), Robert Crawford, Sharlene Ragan (Ryan), Edward Ramey and Katherine Harrison. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
