He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Vasko Kostelecky; his children, Joseph Timothy Kostelecky (Charlotte Jan Ard), John Richard Kostelecky and Ann Marie Kostelecky Smith (Scottie Smith); his grandchildren, Monica Paige Kostelecky Moore (Jason Daniel Moore) and Joseph Kyle Kostelecky; his siblings, Laddie Kostelecky, Connie Kostelecky Fountain and Glen Kostelecky; and his pets, Buddy, Cloud, Jose, Dolly, Pumpkin, Bucky, Abraham and Candy. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
