She was predeceased by: her husband Nick Cohron; her son Nick Lewis; and her stepdaughters, Mary Sue Kolar and Virginia Jerkins. She is survived by: her children, Linda Farrell, David Lewis (Ann), Danny Lewis (Pam), Michael Lewis (Lou) and Bill Cohron (Tamara); her stepdaughters, Margaret Ann Dawson (Allen) and Donna Faye Skipper (Gary); and her brothers, Richard Jorgensen, John Zell and Bruce Jorgensen. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
