She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Henderson. She is survived by: her sons, Troy O'Neal (Christine) and James O'Neal (Erika); her stepdaughter Sherri Coffman (Monty); her sister Mary Waddle Chamberlin; her brother-in-law Ron Chamberlin; and her nephew Ricky Waddle. She is also survived by three granddaughters, two grandsons and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
