Though Dorothy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Cleveland and Ruth Daisy Rush Pritchett; her husband Eric Jernigan; her siblings, Douglas Pritchett, Sadie Windham, Norene Lindsay and Douglas Pritchett Jr.; and her grandson Bryon Overton.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Overton (Billy), Charles Robinson (Judy), Darrell Robinson (Audrey) and Renee McKinney (Matt). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren and many other extended family members and loving friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Asbury Baptist Cemetery (20334 US-43, Grove Hill, AL 36451). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
