He was predeceased by: his siblings, Patricia Welch and Kenny Burke. He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Welch (Kimberly) of Albuquerque, NM and Aimee J. Welch of Loxley, AL; his wife Dorothy S. Welch of Robertsdale, AL; and his siblings, Martha A. Parnell of Robertsdale, AL, Wendy A. Hadley of Bay Minette, AL, Phillip Welch of Foley, AL, Paul Welch of Loxley, AL and Jacob Welch of Foley, AL.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
