She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Mae Tuberville Carter and Alfred Carter; her spouse Pat Neathery, Jr.; her son Billy Neathery; and her siblings, Eursel Carter, Willie G. Carter, Delilah Mauldin and Margie Holloway.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Harrell, Cathy Stockton (Roger), Kenneth Neathery (Carolyn) and Carey Neathery (Pat Neathery Temple); and her grandchildren, Joe McCullough (Barbara), Michael Siladi (Beth), Ronnie Neathery (Deborah), Michael Stockton (Camila), Kenny Neathery (Sylvia), Benny Neathery, Scott Neathery, Shawn Neathery (Tiffany), Brad Neathery (Jennah), Donna Stockton, Shelly Stockton, Robin Underwood (Geoffrey), Shannon Biggs (Bryan), Cindy Hill, Rebecca Beard (Rob) and Candy Manuel (Brett). She is also survived by Fifteen great granddaughters, 14 great grandsons, four great-great granddaughters and three great-great grandsons.
