She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hillary Foley and Viola Belle Cooper Foley (Carl T. Windham); her children, Carl David Windham and Hilary Windham Moore; and her siblings, William'Bud'Foley, Wash Foley, Joe Foley, Hazel Foley Stewart Linton, Creasy Foley White and Thelma Foley Wilsey Middleton.

She is survived by: her children, Michael H. Windham (Gwen) and Carla Windham Little (Johnny); her son-in-law James Moore; and her sister-in-law Alice Foley. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
