She was predeceased by: her parents, Sallie Mae Long and Buck Hammac; her husband Walter William Hammond (Buzzie); her son Austin Anthony; and her brothers, Roderick Hammac, Mike Hammac and Tony Hammac.
She is survived by: her children, Roddy Hammond of Elberta, Cindy Hammond of New York, Alicia Hammond of Gulf Shores and Beth Hammond Dyes (Andy) of Loxley; and her grandchildren, Lucy Hammond of Seattle, WA, Theo Hammond and Austin Toler (Jennifer Bozeman) of Spanish Fort. She is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
