He was predeceased by: his son Kenneth Sheppard. He is survived by: his children, Tina Sheppard (Doug) of Bowdon, Temika Askew of Bowdon, Rasheda Cox of Bowdon, Tiffany Foster of Anniston, Chico Sheppard of Roanoke and Mario Foster of Anniston; his siblings, Betty Hunter, Booker T. Sheppard and James Edward Sheppard; and his parents, Frank Sheppard and Bessie Henderson Sheppard.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Benefied Funeral Home (17624 US-431, Wedowee, AL 36278). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Benefied Funeral Chapel (17624 US-431, Wedowee, AL 36278). A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Union Chapel Church (744 Woodland Ave NW, Wedowee, AL 36278).
