She was predeceased by: her husbands, Ralph Thomas and Hoyt Vinson; her son Tony Ralph Thomas; her great grandchild Haven King; and her siblings, Winnie Sanderson, Earl Moore and James Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Eiland of Roanoke and Beth Brown Dodd (Mike) of Boaz; her grandchildren, Michelle E. Watkins (Keith), Hollie E. King and Sharon Criswell; her close friend Susan Hamilton; and her parents, Thomas Lafayette and Nyda Henry Moore. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
