He is survived by: his children, Kellie Young (Jamie) of Roanoke and Jason Slagle of Roanoke; his godson Roby Carden; his grandchildren, Savannah Slagle, Makayla Slagle, Peyton Slagle, Victoria Ennis, Regan Young and Eli Young; his great grandchild Lakelyn; his nieces, Shelia Davis (Christian) and Misty Cofield (Chuck); and his nephew Dewayne Toland (Tammy).
