He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Howell and Annie Fetner; his children, Richie Fetner (Melissa) of Roanoke, Charlie Fetner (Charlyne) of Wadley and Farrah Costley of Wadley; his grandchildren, Samantha Baggett (Zack), Trey Fetner (Shannon), Megan Mitcham (Cale), Lindsey, Lowery Franklin, Dakota Pike (Hannah), Robert (Lilly) and Brianna Elkins; and his great grandchildren, Ryker, Reese, Scarlett, Wrenlee, Alister and Lennon Lee.
Memorials may be floral but the family would prefer donations be made to The Randolph County Learning Center in Mr. Fetner's memory. Donations may be mailed to P.O. Box 127, Roanoke, AL 36274.
