She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harold Pitts and Carrie Jean Butler Pitts; and her grandmother Barbara Jean Butler. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Worthy; her sons, Jimmy Ray Worthy, Jr. of Roanoke and Billy James Worthy of Five Points; and her grandchildren, Serenity'Rose Fayth Worthy and Brynleigh'Rayne Grace Worthy.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made in her memory to the Amedisys Hospice (216 N Norton Ave, Sylacauga, AL 35150).
