She was predeceased by: her parents, E. S. Bell and Zera Bell (Whatley); and her brother E. S. Bell, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Willie Frank Brown, Jr. (Erica), Derrick Brown (Abigail), Theresa Ann Inoma and Tennisha Brown; her siblings, Reverend Fred Bell (Melinda), Reverend Brady Bell (Minnie), Isaiah Lee Bell (Rita), Zebedee Bell (LaRonna) of Washington, DC, Frances Howell of Roanoke and Yvonne Bell of Roanoke; and her friends, Jackie, Linda, Rudene, June, LaRonna Bell, Betty Joe Brooks, Carolene Knight and Nancy Mae Brown (Bell). She is also survived by grandchildren; thirteen (13) great-grandchildren; other special relatives.
