Thompson Huntsville (Gertha); her aunts, Sadie Cooper of Chillicothe, OH and Jeanette Thompson of College Park, GA; her cousin Chinea Boyd (DeMoten); her aunts, Tamara Beasley (Shameka) and Candace Robinson Valdosta (Joseph); her nephew Kelvin McFarlin; and her in-laws, Dwight Martin of Woodbridge, VA, Richard Martin, Jr. of Huntsville, AL., Janice Stewart of Huntsville, AL., Marcia Smith of Huntsville, AL., Lisa Martin of Huntsville, AL., Joan Martin of Huntsville, AL., Angelia Martin of Huntsville, AL. and Dawn Martin of Huntsville, AL..
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel (612 M. L. King Drive SE, Lafayette, AL 36862). The lying in state will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Canaan Missionary Baptist Church (7485 Co Rd 278, Roanoke, AL 36274). A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at the Canaan Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery (7485 Co Rd 278, Roanoke, AL 36274).
