She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Roark and Beatrice Bernice Dodson Roark; her husband William "Bill" Herald Pool; and her siblings, James Roark and Brenda Beavers.
She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia Livingston of Roanoke and Shirley Stephens (Paul) of Florida; her niece Kristina Guse (Stevie) of Florida; and her nephews, Christopher Roark (Megan) of Florida and James Roark of Florida.
Memorials may be floral or donations may be made to the High Pine Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
