He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Johnny, Elsie Rowe, Harvey and Mae Hodges. He is survived by: his son Chancelor Rowe of Roanoke; his brother Corey Rowe (Amber) of Roanoke; and his parents, Wylie Gene and Mary Joyce Hodges Rowe of Roanoke. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to Quattlebaum Funeral Home to go towards final expenses.
