He was predeceased by: his father Eliot Heard; his son Michael Christopher Heard; his brother Harold Heard; and his nephew Michael Mitchell. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Haydenn of Roanoke, Ethan (Avah) of Roanoke, Krymson of Roanoke, Clayton and Chase of Valley; his great grandchildren, Aria of Roanoke, Colson of Roanoke and Dylan of Roanoke; his mother Jean Heard (Eliot Heard) of Roanoke; his siblings, Jimmy Heard (Connie) of Huntsville, Dennis Heard of Ft. Morgan, AL, David Heard of Roanoke and Ann Marie Pruitt (John) of Wadley; and his sister-in-law Gail Heard of Roanoke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be floral or donations may be made to one of the following three places: The Gideons, LaGrange Troup Humane Society in memory of Paul Heard (Basil's Poppy), or a Baptist church building mission of your choice.
