She was predeceased by : her parents, John Douglas and Annie Freeman Puckett; her husband Lonnie William Culbertson; her daughter-in-law Brenda Culbertson; her brother Burlon Puckett; and her sister-in-law Hazel Puckett.
She is survived by : her children, Vickie Allen of Gulf Shores, AL, Tina Jenkins (David) of Franklin, TN, Darrell Crowder (Margaret) of Ragland, AL and Dwayne Culbertson of Roanoke; and her siblings, Ellowese Fetner (Charles) of Roanoke, AL., Janice Jones (Dale) of Roanoke, AL. and Clinton Puckett (Marty) of Valley, AL.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
