It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Rose Hendley Young of Roanoke, Alabama, born in LaGrange, Georgia, who passed away on September 14, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Monroe and Sara Frances Harris Hendley; her husband George Mickle; her son Thomas Edward Hendley; and her siblings, Kutine Smith and Billy Wayne Hendley.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dylan Hendley of Roanoke, Brittany Hendley of Wadley and Paige Windsor of Opelika; her sister Evelyn Young of Roanoke; her nephews, Jeffrey Young and James Young; and her niece Megan Young. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
