He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Clark Rountree and Margie Cox Rountree; and his siblings, Benjamin Rountree and Mary Katherine Rountree McCranie (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Jackie Curlington Rountree; his daughter Casey Rountree Johnson (Joe); his grandsons, Tucker Johnson and Finley Johnson; his sister Margie Rountree Parker Alderson; and his nieces and nephews, Kim McCranie Dziagwa, Lynn Parker Sherwood, Julie Parker Novak, Meredith Rountree, Beau McCranie, Doug Parker and Ashley Rountree.
