He is survived by: his children, April Sheree Freeman Logan of Opelika, Jamey Elaine Davis of Opelika and Barry Tommy Freeman, Jr. of Valley; his grandchildren, Jenna Freeman, Errin Freeman, Bryan Freeman, Keton Freeman, Justin Lewis, Kyle Davis, Jaden Redden, Kenya Logan, Cierra Harris, Epiphany Bailey, Kenny Bailey and Euniqua Bailey; his great grandchildren, Jermiah Pettus and Karter Freeman; his siblings, Rosa Lee Hammock (Charles), Patricia Ann Cole, Martha Jean Tankersley (Terry) and James M. Freeman (Wanda) of Valley; his brother-in-law Danny Bussey; and his parents, Lummie Lee and Alma Rean Akins Freeman.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Quattlebaum Funeral Home (319 College St, Roanoke, AL 36274). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel (319 College St, Roanoke, AL 36274).
