He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Lindsey and Susie Caraway Lindsey; his son James Wade Lindsey; his siblings, Jerry Lindsey, Stewart Lindsey, Betty Williams, Peggy Canant and Sue Loftis; and his grandson Ryan Gilliam.
He is survived by: his wife Jerrie Sue Jeffries Lindsey; his children, Jeff Lindsey (Lori), Ken Lindsey (Michelle) and Allyson Gilliam (Harold); his sister Rebecca Deal (Gene); his grandchildren, Casey Spivey (Kylie), Daniel Lindsey, David Lindsey, Jeff Gilliam (Elena), Lauren Penton (Skyler), Lindsey Gilliam and Michael Lindsey; and his daughter-in-law Susan Nolan (Jeff).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to West Point 1st United Methodist Church.
