She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Burchfield; her daughters, Monica Lee Reynolds (Jeff) and April Lee Taylor (Chris); her stepson Kenneth Lee Burchfield, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Morgan, Katlyn, Ivy, Avery, Taylor, Shelby and Peyton.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
