He is survived by: his wife Cathy Hines of Repton, AL; and his children, Christopher Dale Hines of Repton, AL, Takoda Blaze Hines of Repton, AL, Valerie Hines Rolin (Waylon) of Atmore, AL, April Hines Stewart (Billy) of Uriah, AL, Crystal Nicole Smith of Bay Minette, AL and Brandy Michelle Kendrick (Matt) of Excel, AL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
