He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Clinton Watson and Lucy Howell Watson; and his siblings, Arlo Watson, Elizabeth Salter and George Wayne Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Watson of Bermuda; his daughters, Kay Wilson (Trey) of Eureka Landing, Kim Stanley (Paul) of Grove Hill, Lynn Compton of Phenix City and Pattie Walker (Chris) of Bermuda; his siblings, Frank Watson of Waco, Tex., Louise Nichols of Mobile and Thera Conner of Atlanta; and his grandchildren, Parker Wilson (Ashley Crozier), Patrick Wilson (Michelle), Peyton Wilson (Delaney), Tanner Smith, Logan Smith, Caleb Smith, Caswell Compton (Jenna), Grace Compton, Mary Helen Compton and Cami Welch. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
