He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Levins; his children, Dempsey Anderson of Fredricksburg, VA, Jason Levins (Katie) of Daphne, AL, Wendy Lynn Levins of Los Angeles, CA, Krystal Sellers (Ricky) of Mandeville, LA, Heather Wiggins (Heath) of Excel, AL and Meloney Faulk (Brad) of Century, FL; and his grandchildren, Alexandria Levins-Trail, Jakson Newton, Molly Ann Newton, Ada Sellers, Madelyn Faulk, Knox Wiggins, McCoy Wiggins, Hattie Sellers, Elsa Faulk, Rush Wiggins, Wyatt Sellers, Annalee Faulk, Bellerin Faulk and Raylan Levins.
