She is survived by: her husband Mike Tolbert; her children, Chris Waddell, Dana Wyatt and Candice Tolbert; and her grandchildren, Dylan Blankenship, Devin Waddell, Dustin Waddell, Austin Wyatt and Ashton Wyatt. She is also survived by eight siblings and a host of other beloved family and friends.
