He is survived by: his wife Linda Phillips; his children, Ty Phillips (Kathy), Lisa Philips (Robert) and Angela Phillips (John); his grandchildren, Jaimie Sweaton, Kayla McCuistion Bailey, Cody Phillips, Haley Miller, Trevor Phillips and Hunter Leblanc; his great grandchildren, Jaythan Sweaton, Jayden Sweaton, Jayla Sweaton, Timberly Miller, Dylan McCuistion, Addison McCuistion, Kinsley McCuistion and Kayden Lumpkin; his siblings, Zack Phillips, Jeanett Chandler and Alex Phillips; and his close friend Joe Armstrong.
