He is survived by: his children, Henry "Butch" David, Jr., Michael David, Billy David and Linda "Susie" McDonald; and his siblings, Ted David, Ricky David, Ray David and Lucy Taylor. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
