She was predeceased by: her husband O. W. Norris; her parents, James Clarence Frederick Sr. and Clara Belle Reeves Frederick; and her siblings, Margaret F. "Kitty" Crow and James Clarence Frederick Jr..

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Jane Lemon and Rodger Norris. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
