He is survived by: his children, Douglas Humphrey Jr. (Tracie), Linda Perryman (Larry), Richard Humphrey (Angel) and Becky Hudson (Timmy); his wife Sandra Humphrey; and his sister Sandra Underwood. He is also survived by his kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
