He is survived by: his wife Julia Brooks Crouch; his sons, Ricky Crouch (Stephanie) and Micheal Crouch (Victoria); his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Emileigh Crouch, Tristan Higdon, Tyler Johnson and Jaida Johnson; his great grandchildren, Benjamin Higdon and Birtie Katherine Higdon; and his siblings, Joe Crouch, Ruby Bishop (John) and Ann Montgomery. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
