She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross F. Mullins and Lula Mae Mullins; and her siblings, Jerry Mullins, Paul Mullins and Laura Stephenson.
She is survived by: her husband James Harold Cornelius; her children, Scott Cornelius (Rhonda) and Vicki Wadsworth; her sisters, Betty Thomas, Judy Johnson, Wanda Barbee and Sherry Holmes (Scott); her grandsons, Joshua Cornelius (Nicole), Tyler Wadsworth and Jacob Wadsworth; and her great grandchild Brooklyn Cornelius. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
