He is survived by: his daughter Lynn McAdams of Tuscaloosa; his sister Carole Thomas of Birmingham; his brother-in-law Robert Bruce Doughty, Jr. (Marie); and his nieces and nephews, Emily, Edward, Bruce, Donna, Mitzi and Susan.
